When I heard CHIGGY WIGGY promo...I thought the WHOLE album would be a disappointment..and NEVER gave expectations!!!!
But, after listening to REHNUMA and BHOOLA TUJHE, I would say they are the BEST RAHMAN tracks I heard in the LAST 5 years!!! Rehnuma reminds me of RAHMAN's highly EXPERIMENTAL days of RANGEELA, JEANS etc..JAZZ at its BEST, I must say!!! The PADS, chords, the BGMs...they really make me TRAVEL to another world!! FINALLY, my BOSS is back to Rangeelasque Experimenting!! Bhoola Tujhe is have complete VINTAGE MAGIC of RAHMAN..... We had missed such kind of songs in recent times.... The chord progressions, the strumming.... the emotion-evoking tune.... everything has a BRILLIANT RAHMANTIC feel.. Iam loving it... These two tracks playing in endless mode... Addicted!! And I will PLAY it for another 50 YEARS like this!!!!!
