The actual vennilave in the movie is sung by Hariharan & Sadhana. The vennilave sad & short version is by Shankar Mahadevan. Both r still referred to as vennilave - which means 'Oh White moon' :-) The sad version was not in the audio cassette.. don't think it was in the CD either. *Question*: Who is the female singer in the sad vennilave version ? Its def, not Sadhana. A.V.Ramanan's wife ???
