Totally agree!!!... Kylie is australian and is a threat for english pop..
that's all. she has dominated the charts with 'I should be lucky", "especially
for you" duo with Jason Donovan, big hits like 'The locomotion' and many many
more...

Anyway, who says that an article written by some reviewers will govern our
opinion and tastes? Will that diminish rahman's immense talent?? Will that
diminish our love for his music and the humble person and exemplary human being
he is...

Moreover, I totally appreciate ichord's struggle to show how much he loves Blue
as much as i do. Blue and any other album of Rahman need no proof to get a
rahmaniac's attention. you just like it or dislike it, which is quite rare from
a rahmaniac. I dont know why n when this group has seen some negative critics
on rahman's music. I know some will say that we need to have a critical taste
and must accept flaws when there is.. I say yes, we do see some weaknesses
compared to his usual music, he himself say 'dont expect much'. But I dont
understand why some people will prove others wrong and challenge them point by
point as if to convert others mind to their own..

Music is a question of taste and mood. Some people even cannot agree with
themselves... So why dont we keep this group a holy place for rahman's work and
philosophy and promote peace and love with the world as its rahman's own goal.

One friend whom I really appreciate is Vithur, he's a disciple of Rahman.., we
should have more like him, I prefer to read all his benevolent actions than
seeing fights among members because they dont agree on certain things.

I personally have been transformed thru this group. As a tamil, living in
Mauritius, I've been nurtured in a multiracial country but their are many
religious barriers. Though im very opened to all religions, its not reciprocal
from other friends from other religions and I tend to behave same and i create
barriers too. But when I hear you guys say 'Insha allah', rahman say
'Ellapugazhum irruvanukai' and everyone wishing everyone EID MUBARAK... I am
totally transformed. Language, religion, race, colour, all these things are
barriers created by us, Music is divine, rahman vehicle love in his music, we
should consider us lucky to be born in rahman era. He is a genius, his music is
the best.

No one can teach me how to appreciate music, if we decide to be a rahmaniac,
either we are one or we were once...

Niven,

EID MUBARAK, Pious Navarathi to all and pious govinden thiruvizha

Rahmaniac for ever!!!
