The moment I saw the title of your post, I was tempted to think..."Oh Boy! Here's another one with full of unwanted criticisms on ARR!" But you prove me wrong. Your article seem to have reflected many of our views as well.
I did feel bad when there wasn't a track by ARR but like Chord said, Vijay was at his best in Fiqrana so there's no point of arguing on the question of "What if ARR had done it?" Needless to say, ARR would have done a great job in Fiqrana. But then, we would have missed on a talent like Vijay in the process. Cheers. --- On Mon, 9/28/09, [email protected] <[email protected]> wrote: From: [email protected] <[email protected]> Subject: Re: [arr] Blue the biggest let down by ARR To: [email protected] Date: Monday, September 28, 2009, 7:25 PM Rawat, I totally understand your point, but this title is not to attract ppl like u, its solely meant for those who are disappointed with blue and trying to convince them self by saying next ARR soundtrack will quench their thirst. So I believe from now on those members who gets excited without hearing to the songs properly and letting it grow on them will think twice to be inconsiderate of our genius's work. The meaning of Thala is somewhat like Boss. Usually Politian and movie star are described such a way, for me the only thala is our genius himself. Vijay prakash undeniably has done a tremendous job in fiqrana, I agree on that chord. Coming back to the sound issue, I went to Singapore this week to get the audio CD of Blue as our usual Malaysian supplier failed to get the cds on time. I really got fed up with the quality of mp3,so just decided to drive down to get the cd. It was obviously better esp clarity wise but what I personally feel is that the audio company is compromising the quality of the songs by compressing it to fit in all the songs one disc or maybe its low quality disc. This is maybe due to ARR's extensive layering technique which may coz the files to be big, therefore CD distributor may not be able to justify it due to costing issues. Because when I compare it with ARR's international outputs such as Warriors and Slumdog the quality is perfecto, on the flipside it's only hindi cd we having this prob esp Blue now. So I believe something fishy is going on esp with T series coz Ada was released by Big music and the quality was good. --- In arrahmanfans@ yahoogroups. com, V S Rawat <vsra...@... > wrote: > > On 9/28/2009 7:52 PM India Time, _adamirshad@ ..._ wrote: > > > It took me nearly two weeks to just get into the grove of Blue and now I > > have to listen two other masterpieces Couples Retreat and Passage.
