That is what Rahman had to say about it. And I couldn't agree more! You won't get your conventional tamil tracks in this soundtrack. No particular order to the stanzas. No regular charanams. It may not be the bestselling soundtrack of all times but it certainly is a trendsetter. We have to give that to Rahman and Gautam. For giving us this quirky and beautiful soundtrack. It raises the bar for future soundtracks of tamil movies of this genre ( romantic dramas).
