Can Gopal or the regulars on the group fish out information as to when was the FIRST BGM uploaded using the Yahoo group ?
I found a message number 5221 sent by Kailairajan Kailasanathan on November 30, 1999 informing uploading Mudhalvan BGM on ARR FTP....... In that case let's celebrate ( belated ) 10 years of BGM extraction through this group in which so many have contributed, Such as Wassim (Kaissom), AJ, Vithur, Aravind, Prathap and many such Rahmaniacs ( please excuse me as I know I have missed many names ) We must thank all of them for unwrapping a priceless treasure of Rahman's music. Dear BGM team, Thank you ! I think I have all BGMs collected through this group and listening to these BGMs gives a rare insight into the movie and ARR's ability to make the scene a memorable one.
