According to my short research. No one has won 2 oscars and 2 grammies for the same assesment year for the same album/motion picture.Also making it unique is 100% conversion of nominations on both award catagories.
This is truly history made. I am yet to verify if someone has for 1 grammy and 1 academy award for the same work of art.
