[arr] (arr).soulful lyricist mehboob..why is ARR not working with him.?

ARR had produced Songs for RANGEELA,BOMBAY,YUVA, but these days he is opting 
nitin raikwar, raqeeb alam and certain other amateur lyricist. when there is 
potential availability of Lyricist like Mehboob why not use them?.
