This is my first review...Saw VTV today at a not-so-good theatre coz i dint
wanna delay seeing Gautham-ARR's magic..I went in with a lot of expectations
and i must say, I was REALLY SATISFIED....man, what a movie...Right from scene
one the director takes us into karthiks's life..The script and screenplay are
simply out of the world...As someone from our group mentioned, this films is
for those who like "matured tamil cinema", and gautham has been proving it
right since minnale...
The starting credits scene(names floating on water) was awsum
with ARR's music..the entire theatre was roaring when ARR's name appeared...The
intro, when Karthik sees Jessie and his first reactions were very natural and
surely a guy would float in air like him if he sees any1 like
Jessie...:)...Then comes the master piece...Hossanna.....wow, wow, wow,
excellent picturisation of the song(a seperate review has to be written in
favour of manoj paramahamsa!!)....There was a huge ONCE MORE after
hossanna....:)
Then, the wooing part.....really enjoyed each and every bit of
it...the dialogs, the acting,everything are very natural and realistic...one
must give credit to ganesh....he makes us split our sides with
laughter...excellent choice...:)...Cant tell what comes next(Go and watch them
yourselves...:)...)...
I must say about the climax....Verrrrry different and
unexpected....It is the climax that adds the final touch to VTV's success....I
will surely watch it many more times....Though some set of people might blame
the english dialogs, they doesn't affect the film in any way...So all in all a
wonderful, different , colourful romantic movie...
Bottom line: A must watch for mature tamil audiences...
Pros: ARR, Gautham, Manoj Paramahamsa, Acting, screenplay, script, climax..
Cons: I cudnt find any!!!!
