This answer might be too late for you guys... NO. Its not live. Actually, Nihal did a Q and A session in the very end. Interesting Q and A. I was totally taken to it and was not able to record the entire session. But I am sure Vijay or Gopal might have recorded it. Not sure.

The were seated much closer to the stage.

Vijay and Gopal, I hope I didn't spoil your fun. :-)

03: Alchemy festival at the Southbank Centre. This series of events, which kicks off on Wednesday and runs through to Saturday, will explore the culture of India and its relationship to the UK through over 30 events spanning dance, music, literature, fashion, food and debate. Amongst the events will be a performance from AR Rahman with the London Philharmonic Orchestra, and Desi Live, which will be hosted and curated by BBC Radio 1 and Asian Network presenter Nihal and bring together three of the biggest names in UK Bhangra - H-Dhami, Jaz Dhami and Juggy D.

According to this article .... BBC's Asian network presenter gonna host the show ... Does that mean it gonna broadcast the Show LIVE ??

Anyway ...U guys might need this ...if they really do that > http://www.bbc. co.uk/iplayer/ console/radio1

Let's hope they broadcast it ...with high quality audio ...as it's not a Concert ...it's an Out n out orchestra performance !!!
