I think you're right on, Ram. The electric guitar gives a very menacing, raw, punchy/masculine feel/mood to the song, which is probably reflective of the character/emotion/intent in that song as part of the larger theme and plot. Here again is a good example of using sound to convey a feeling or mood, which ARR is the best at. And yes, I haven't heard as many electric guitar sounds in an ARR album as I have for this one. It's interesting for sure.
The loud/edgy sounds in this album won't be to everyone's liking and some may find parts to be too loud and rough.
