[arr] Lyricist of Roja in Hindi?

I have seen more than one instance of reviews/ news of Raavan claiming that the 
ARR-Mani-Gulzar combo was also responsible for Roja and Bombay. I thought the 
lyricist was P.K. Mishra for the Hindi version of Roja. Or am I mistaken?
