Hi Sanish, Don't worry. Even I bought tickets for the NY concert through AR's website(arrahman.com), almost 2 months back. I got the tickets 2 days back and the concert is tomorrow (Friday) :). Even I was scared but I got prompt replies from one Mr.Sergio from arrahman.com support, who replied to my queries about the ticket status. You should be getting your tickets just around the time your concert in chocago is scheduled.
Even if you don't receive at the last moment, seems like they will be able to arrange & print off tickets at the box office. So nothing to worry and have a great concert ahead.
