I haven't checked the other video yet, but an asian a cappella group from Georgia Tech of which I was a co-founder and performer also did Dil se. Its the second song in the video. Its our humble attempt at a tribute to ARR's brilliant composition. Its actually a mix of Chalka (saathiya) and Dil se. The first song though is a cover of Penn Masala's Aicha.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lXc-cg5XtVY As a matter of fact, this video was shot as an audition to open for Rahman's Atlanta performance in 2007. The organizers then agreed to show this to him but then the concert got postponed and the whole attempt fizzled out. The group is still there, has gone from strength to strength.
