Hi Rahmaniacs,
Writing to you all after a long time.
Had alot of fun at the concert.
Had a first hand experience of how fun Gujarati people can be... :-)
I was seated on my own till the Gujarati family arrived. Grandma, mother and
her
daughter belonging to 3 different generations. And me giving expert comments to
the mother, who is not a ARR fan. :-) She asked me why there is a eruption of
noise in the crowd time to time... I said its when they sing in Tamil :-) Felt
proud.
Concert was very different to what he had last time in London.
The best part:
MJ's Black or White in ARR's voice. It was jaw dropping. Did expect a MJ
tribute. But didn't expect this.
Met Benny Dayal, He walked out to the main entrance and went back in few times
but nobody recognised him. Stopped him and had a good chat for about 10 mins.
and the disappointing part (according to me):
Sivamani was missing.
Alphonse (Aaromale singer) was there behind keyboard and dancing around the
stage but didn't sing Aaromale from VTV.
The Chaiya Chaiya song could have been more colourful.
Hoping to be at Wembley Arena today. But haven't bought the tickets yet.
