Houston and Denison are. Don't know what it is about where I grew up, but every front splits over Denison; some type of lake effect. Pull up average rainfall or watch the weather radar every time a front passes there/ It's odd. I remember one summer where there were over 100 days of 100+ degrees. Low's were in the 90's every night. Nothing like a 2am sweat standing still.
