We are in the process of developing an aplplication to handle access 
request across our platforms, now we have a BMC consultant that says that 
Calendra is a better suited tool for workflow handling regarding request 
for user, roles , access rights etc. and the administration of these 
requsts. 
I do not know much about Calendra, Is it better suited for workflow or can 
you guide me to some comparison charts ?????

Today we have ARS for Change, helpdesk, problem and time registration +  
smaller applications.
