Bing:
One cannot 'assume' that the position was at Dryden, that it was a NASA employee position from the original posting. It could have been for a contractor position in Houston. This information was missing from the original posting.
To give you an idea of what the job description for my position is:
1. I am a full-time employee, I work 32 hours or more. This is according to Arizona laws.
2. I am a Remedy Engineer. I work with ARS 6.3/ITSM 6.0.
3. I am a Federal Government Contractor. You can get that from my e-mail address. However, I may be posting a job for a Federal Government Employee. You could not deduce this from my e-mail address. Also, I received a request for a position at another location which went direct to me. It was from a hiring company because the Federal Government could not find a suitable candidate in their vast database of people who were willing to accept the position.
4. Some positions are contract-to-hire, 1099, W-2, etc. even if they are advertised by a Government person.
A good positive job description to include who is doing the hiring is always a plus. It also cuts down on the traffic here in the list.

I second that. I just figured you were trying to draw out the
deductive types. Sorry for hijacking the thread about the weather.
From time to time I reminisce.
