We have immediate need for a highly skilled and experienced Remedy resource with experience customizing ITSM 6.0 for our customer in the Northern Virginia area.
Specific Skills required:
Technical skills & experience:
* 3 - 5 years Remedy development experience or RAC/Remedy Skilled Professional
* Help Desk, Change Management, Asset Management, CMDB - Customization and Implementation
* Understanding of client/server applications, three-tier, and WEB architectures utilizing relational database platforms
* Database knowledge - Oracle
* Windows/UNIX (Solaris) knowledge
Interpersonal skills (written & verbal) :
* Able to work independently
* Able to manage multiple projects in multiple environments
* Strong organization, work ethic, presentation and written skills
* Ability to interface successfully with customer and other team members
Other:
* TS/SCI Clearance (Clearance is preferred, but not required)
* Experience with any of the following tools (including integration with Remedy ARS ) is desirable but not required.
* BMC Marimba
* BMC Patrol
* BMC Business Impact Manager
* BMC Service Impact Manager
* Concord eHealth
* Microsoft SMS
* HP OpenView
