We’ve had
this same problem at times with Mid Tier 6.3. Remedy tech support told me back
in late January that patch 16 was supposed to fix it. Of course that was prior
to the release of patch 16, and we haven’t applied patch 16 yet so I can’t
confirm that it fixes it. Their advice was also to add the ARTCPPORT
environment variable. I did that on my dev server and cycled IIS. However the
problem didn’t go away for about a day after that. I never got an answer
for exactly what has to happen after the variable is set for it to take effect.
I’ll assume it requires a reboot, but can’t be certain. Chad Hall From: Action Request
