Is there any consistent element among the three table fields? Perhaps in any workflow object referencing or updating them? How about some recursive workflow? Are client/server resources taxed while waiting for the refresh of the display?

There is no diary field on the form. The problem carries over into the "DeleteMe" copies, which don't have any workflow. Rick suggested SQL. I believe tables use SQL to select their records. There are three table fields on the form. If I delete any one table field the form still hangs. But if I delete all three table fields it stops hanging. The only consistant pattern seems to be that if I delete enough fields the form stops hanging. Thanks again for your suggestions.
