Adheres to organization procedures for software development activities, including requirement analysis, design, development/programming, implementation, testing, and training as part of the rollout process.
Supports project planning.
Provides on-going customer support on problem resolution.
Provides programming support in the development of Remedy applications using ARS application.
Identifies, prioritizes, and solves problems within assigned work areasBS in Computer Science or related field.
For level 3, at least 1 year of experience in business application development, preferably with Remedy ARS.
For level 4, at least 5 years of experience in business application development, preferably with Remedy ARS.Working knowledge of Remedy HelpDesk application and its business application.
Working knowledge of SQL and/or PL/SQL.
Programming experience in one of the following: Perl, _javascript_, C or VB.At least 2 years of experience using Remedy ARS 4.0+ for development of applications.
Demonstrated ability to concurrently manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proven development skills based upon software engineering principles and processing.
