Hi Tyrone Dee, I have created a utility solve exactly this problem.
The idea is to manage the layout and add/remove fields from one language only. The rrrMultiLang-utility will then create translated views for all other languages defined. If untranslated labels/texts are added, or a new language, you will get translation-xml-file that you can send to your translation bureau. The translation files will contain ONLY texts not yet in the translation repository. My solution to this, is to manually go through your different language views, and then change the source language (English?) to have enough room to accomodate all languages.
