I actually just installed ARInside (documentation tool) and it can do just that, show Active Links or Filters "with a specified Action in If/Else list". It also displays the objects sorted by Execute On type (for instance filters by Submit, Modify, Delete, Get Entry or Merge). The only drawback is that you can only view objects there, you can't edit them. If you are having a hard time finding something specific though at least you can use the tool to discover it and then go to the Admin tool to modify it.
