David, Only Administrators( or sub admin) can delete records.
UNLESS.... An Administrator builds a way for the normal users to delete a record. :) It is not as simple as a check box, but it is not that far from it either. Ref: BasicGuide-630.pdf page: 619 Application-Delete-Entry <form_name> <entry_ID> You can easily give the users a field (and control access by field permissions) that is a flag to a filter that uses the above function. You can even (apparently, but I would never do it this way if I have a choice) use this function from an active link too.
