Entry points are viewable based on permissions. Take a look at pg. 84
in the 6.3 Developing AR System Applications:Advanced manual.

If you are talking about the Entry Point to the Requester form. In the
Remedy Admin client open the Remedy Requester form and go to Form > Form
Properties, there un check Enable Entry Point on either New Mode or
Search Mode.
