We are looking for the same. Unfortunately there seems to be nothing of the sort available. Remedy did offer a temporary key for the MasterNavigator, with the stipulations that is is no longer supported and does not support new workflow actions/etc. Dynamic/advanced workflow introduces some complications into the mix with rendering this type of diagram; like knowing which (potential) forms the workflow pushes/sets against.
