Listers, I'm trying to see if anyone has succesfully come up with a good way or "defined process" to import monnthly data with various information (i.e. memory modules, computer servers, etc.) into CMDB 1.1 Patch 2. The client has a spreadsheet which contains information that is inputted by other groups monthly, and then needs to be imported into Remedy's CMDB with the correct relationships to corresponding asset classes. The client used to be an ARS 4.5 customer, and upgraded to 6.3 w/ CMDB late last year. Is there any easy way to take data from a csv imported into CMDB and get the relationships set up correctly? Any info or "success stories" would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
