Hello listers, ARS 6.3 ITSM 6.0 SQL 2000
I need to clean up my SLA 6.0 application to get a fresh start for production. i.e. Configured SLAs should remain, but history & performance data should not. Is there a list of forms to be cleared out? I am clearing the generally known forms like: SLA:Measurement SLA:MilestoneLogging SLA:PerformanceCheck SLA:PerformanceMeasurement SLA:TeamMeasurement Is there a definitive list out there that anyone can share ??
