I'm about to upgrade from 6.0.1 to 6.3 patch 16. It has been very stable for me in my development and certification environments. Although, I'm going to use patch 14 of the email engine because of a bug in patch 15 & 16 where it reads multi-line field values ([$$data for field value$$]) as a null on inbound emails. We rely on email submits heavily so that won't fly for us. Patch 14 of the Email Engine seems to work fine though.
