We had this same isuue and have been working with Remedy Support. It
appears the milestones that aren't building are related to defect 234494 -
email messages within the Notify action of an SLA Milestone must be under
255 characters or the milestones won't build. This defect applies to SLA
6.0, and there isn't a patch at this time, but Remedy engineering is
creating one for SLA 6.0 that will fix this problem, and told it should be
available around June (although please know this date is subject to
change).

Hello Listers,
I am trying to configuire SLA and stuck up with the limitation of
Notification Text size of 254 characters in the SLA configuration. Has any
of the listers succeeded in removing this restriction
