** Hello List,

We are considering using BMC Remedy Knowledge Management (formerly KMXperts) and would be interested in hearing from others who are currently using it. This will be a replacement for an old version of ServiceWare. We would be running KMXperts in conjunction with Help Desk, which we are about to upgrade from 5.5 to 6.0. We like that Remedy KM will integrate well with what we have, at a more affordable price than what a ServiceWare upgrade would be. What have been your experiences with it, both benefits and drawbacks?
