Good Afternoon Listers!
    We have a strange error message that only one person (an SVP, of course)
is getting.
    He goes into the Approval Console and clicks on the View button (or
double-clicks from the list) to open the Change Request that he needs to
approve.  When he does that he gets the error: Error Message: "Caught
exception:"LoadResultsList" null or not an object".  The pop-up comes up but
all the fields are blank.
    When he goes in through the Support Console, he can get to the
individual tickets and approve them there.

    Has anyone gotten this error before?  I tried the Remedy Knowledgebase
but to no avail.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
