Job description: Responsible for developing Remedy Change Management Workflow in Remedy Action Request System V6.03. Interpret technical requirements and implement automation workflow. Remedy Action Request System V6.03., Crystal Reports V10, Strong understating of ITIL, strong scripting capabilities in PERL or UNIX, Strong SQL database skills, knowledge of Tripwire desired. Must have strong analytical and process skills. Strong relationship and negotiation skills, customer service orientation, demonstrate effective communication and interaction with clients, peers, and vendors. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Facilitate meetings, process mapping, and knowledge transfer.
