I had the same problem.
1. Downloaded the file as indicated in :
No I just placed it in the Migrator directory. Found the file at this link: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/pop.php?mfc71u
2. Copied the file to both c:\windows\system & c:\windows\system32
and it worked fine.
Now moving on to see how we can break it! :-)
