The documentation for mid-tier 7 indicates support for Crystal Enterprise 10, BusinessObjects Enterprise XI, or Crystal Reports Server XI.

I can tell you that I have had very little luck so far getting mid-tier 7 to work properly with Crystal Reports Server XI.  One of the issues is that we have always used the Crystal Reports server software that comes with Crystal Reports Professional to web-enable mid-tier.  We have no fully licensed Crystal servers available to us. We did this successfully with Crystal 8.5, and then 9, which has been in production for three years with Crystal Enterprise Standard 9 installed on each mid-tier from separate Crystal Reports Professional copies. These allowed 5 concurrent connections and worked just fine for mid-tier reporting.  The Crystal Reports Server XI appears to use 5 named accounts instead of concurrent accounts, and I am waiting for Support to tell me how we must configure that to get reporting working.  There has to be a way - there is no way in &[EMAIL PROTECTED] that we can fund or justify buying one or more fully licensed Crystal servers JUST to enable reporting on our mid-tier servers.  The ONLY reason we have Crystal at all is for mid-tier reporting.
