** Don, James' last statement is what you will need to do to correct this.  I have seen this issue a couple of times where the developer copied fields from a regular form to a display form and while everything will work on the server that the work was done, don't try to move that form off that server... I believe I had seen an app on the Remedy developers site that will change a field's ID and update all associated workflow.  That would help you out here.
