Hello list! Our telecome department here currently uses an application called MySoft. My understanding is that MySoft and Remedy can integrate? Has anyone ever done an integration with these products.
I don't have much info on MySoft right now. My ARS is 6.3 and I running Helpdesk v5.5 on a Windows 2003 Server with an Oracle back end. Any experiences or advice would be most welcome.
