Please check your logs to see if the plug-in service is starting.  I'm used to UNIX and the Plug-in server is a separate process.

        There is a separate process for the plug-in server under ARS 7.0.  This process also has a password to allow/disallow access to it.  If you are not using ARS 7.0, then the password is set to a default value.

       
        However, I suspect the plug-in server is not running.  What is your operating system?

                  I'm trying to change the Applicable SLA Type on the form "Configure Application Form", but when I try to save the change, the following error appears:

                The preceding message occurred during the execution of active link SLA:Config Appform Setting:Modify Settings -- action 5. (ARNOTE 1101)"

                I'm trying to change from the "Threshold SLA" to "Standard SLA".
               
                Does someone know why is this error ocurring?
