Don't know if this google link works, but for me it was the top result
when I searched for Serviceware and Def. It talks about a file called
ServiceWareIntegration.def. It looks like it is created originally for
Helpdesk v5 or 5.5 but you probably will have to tweak it only a
little to let it work with Helpdesk v6. I guess you should be able to
search for the file name on the serviceware server or installation
media.
