Finding Cursor Position in a Field

** Hi everyone:   Has anyone discovered a way to find the cursor position within a text field yet? I know there's been some discussion of that issue on the list before, but I don't think there was ever a solution.   In other words, say you have a text field with the following text:  Hello ARS L|ist   The pipe represents the cursor.  What I'm looking for is a method that will tell me that the cursor is at position 11 (or 12 or whatever it is) in the text field.  Any ideas?   Norm __20060125_______________________This posting was submitted with HTML in it___
