I am using ARS6.3 on Sun Solaris(Sparc 9). I have installed Jdk 1.4.2.12 and also set the correct path. I had apache pre-installed in the system and it is also running fine. But i find that there is no conf directory in apache installation directory. I installed Apache
2.0.49 successfully. But when I try running apache services it gives the error abt fully qualified domain name. But however i am able to use apachectl to start and stop successfully for the old apache. I am baffled. Please help me.
