Actually, I didn't know about that diagram until after I had created my own Visio.  I was sharing it with a coworker and she said, "Oh, I have this...".  Oh well, at least I have a better understanding of the details now.  I still think my Visio is easier to read than the one in that KB, and it seems to captures everything.  I can't send it to the list, but if you're interested, shoot me an email.
