This field is available and can be used in workflow.  However, this field DOES not show on the form. If you want to look at its current value for any available action, click on View->Status History from the menu.

That will contain the time when the Status field was last set to "Fixed".  Is this what you were looking for?

You can pull this from the Status History.

Status_History.Fixed.Time should do it.

Help needed......

I am trying to run a Crystal Report and pull the Date and Time that a Remedy ticket was placed in "Fixed" status.  I can not find where this field is at.  Please can anyone help.
