Hi Customer support 5.06 users I am trying to create interaction from Agent Console via AL push fields action. Logs shows me push field started <ACTL> 1: Push Fields <ACTL> To Schema SPRT:Interaction on Server @
But no activity record is created in SPRT:Interaction. I created GUID before push field but still no luck. Has anyone tried that? What fields am i missing?
