We have also been investigating SSO solutions and have not had much
success finding one that works yet. I am curious if the SSO API
developed by Remedy was developed for an Active Directory LDAP
environment? We are implementing AR System version 7 and wish to use an
SSO plug in to automatically login requesters and support agents via Mid
Tier.

Are you using it for support agents or requesters? Any issues at all?

Remedy created a SSO API for my company. It works great. We got it a
couple of months ago. I would contact them.
