Hi Joe

If the results are displayed in a table field and the user makes their
selection there, you can use an active link guide to print the selected rows
one at a time from a single button click.

Put the active link that prints a single ticket into a guide. Create an
active link on the button to call the guide, loop the table and print only
selected rows (check-box) or by AL name convention of `$.

Subject: Print Multiple Tickets

Hello Listers,

I hope someone can help me with this.

I want to provide the users with the ability to print multiple tickets via
a button.

Step # 3 is where I am stuck. I tried to record a macro but it will either
print the first selected record or ALL of the records in the db. I need
for it to print only the records selected highlighted)

Here is the scenario:

1. The user performs their search on the Help Desk Cases based on
whatever their search criteria is.

2. The user selects (highlights) the cases they want to print.

****3. They click on the Print Selected Tickets button and those selected
tickets are printed using a AR System report (case report).

How do I accomplish this?

Thank you in advance for your assistance,
Joe
