I don't know if it is a bug but that's what I found out. In the problem management module, first in search mode, I have a menu field for problem management assignment and the menu field for the assignee is supposed to look for people who have the functional role of 'Problem Manager' only.
In create mode also it's supposed to do the same thing. Problem: 1. In search mode, it returns me everyone who is available in the selected group. 2. In create mode, if there is no problem manager in the support group it will return me everyone who is available and if there is one problem manager, it will return me only the problem managers.
