I created an escalation to Run If 1=1, it runs and sets all fields to the specified value of NULL. I also tested this with a value of TEST.
However, it only seems to run on half of the incidents, if I had to guess it stops around the same time I implemented this field.
I believe I wrote the escalation correctly, considering it ran through most of the incidents.
