Good Evening,
Has anyone else had a problem with the Schema Sort Order post installation task for ITSM 7.0? I'm seeing the following error when I try to follow the steps in the Installation Guide:
ARERR [552] Failure during SQL operation to the database : ORA-00936
I've been waiting for a resolution from Remedy Tech Support but thought I'd check with the list as well. If you've run into this problem and have a fix you could share, that would be great.
